Grant Giving and Charitable Partnerships
Alongside direct programme delivery, Chelsea Foundation supports charities at the heart of our communities through grants and charitable partnerships.
We work with a small number of organisations closely aligned to our strategic priorities, combining grant funding with additional support such as volunteering, value-in-kind contributions, unique experiences, and access to our networks.
Together, these partnerships aim to strengthen organisations and deepen their impact across the communities they serve.

Supports young adults through a dedicated hub and programmes that build skills, confidence and career opportunities. It is already helping participants expand networks, grow self-belief and move into employment.

A three-year partnership using Paul Canoville’s lived experience to challenge discrimination and inspire young people. It delivers impactful school and community programmes, already reaching thousands through assemblies, events and digital learning.

A three-year partnership supporting grassroots organisations across sub-Saharan Africa with funding, kit and resources. Built on five core principles, it uses football to create stronger communities and brighter futures.

A fully funded journalism bursary helping young people from underrepresented backgrounds break into sports media. It provides qualifications, industry experience and career pathways, with alumni already progressing into the sector.

Offers a safe, welcoming space with daily support, meals and activities for people facing hardship. Current funding is expanding facilities to reach more individuals and increase impact.

Supports people experiencing homelessness with accommodation, tailored support and routes to independence. Its holistic approach helps individuals rebuild stability, with many moving on to more secure futures.

Delivers essential services including food support, advice and community programmes to thousands each year. Growing demand has driven expanded crisis support and new initiatives to help people recover and rebuild.

Provides vital funding, clothing and support to frontline charities helping those most in need. It also connects communities to wider opportunities through Chelsea experiences and events.
Please note that we do not accept unsolicited applications for funding. Instead, we proactively identify and build partnerships with organisations that align closely with our priorities and values.
