Our Local Communities

Chelsea Foundation takes a hyper-local approach focusing on key challenges and areas of need around our footprints. These are some of the local challenges we face.

Stamford Bridge

    • Hammersmith & Fulham has the highest suicide rate in London.

    • In Kensington & Chelsea, life expectancy can decrease by up to 19 years when travelling from the south to the north of the borough.

    • These figures indicate significant health and social inequalities within neighbouring communities.

Programmes

Chelsea Foundation delivers its programmes with a hands-on, people-first approach, working directly within communities across its three core pillars.

This joined-up approach allows us to build meaningful relationships, respond to real needs, and create lasting, positive change in the lives of those we support.
